Returns:
If it becomes necessary to return equipment to Marisys for servicing
or upgrades, you will need to contact us, either by email or telephone,
to obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be affixed to the outside
of the shipping container and should also be cited on the packing
list and any other documentation. The RMA number is imperative -
we cannot properly track your equipment without it. It is the customer's
responsibility to pay for shipping of the equipment to Marisys;
Marisys will pay for the return shipping (does not apply outside
of North America - contact us for the rules).
Warranty Information:
The standard Marisys warranty term is one year from the date of
purchase and the warranty includes parts and labor. Unless warrantee
terms were agreed to at the time of sale, the standard warranty
applies. Please see the Terms and Conditions of Sale, a copy of
which is printed on the General
Pricelist, for the complete terms.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact
us so that we can issue an RMA number and arrange for repair or
replacement. |
