DRY-ALL Introduces Wet Cellular Phone Emergency Kit

HPL LLC, a manufacturer of molecular dehumidifying products, through its DRY-ALL unit, has introduced the Wet Cellular Phone Emergency Kit. The portable kit, which weighs just 40 grams and measures six by ten inches, can be stowed away on your boat with your other emergency supplies. When needed, it is as simple to use as it is small. Just unzip the plastic bag, throw in the cell phone, zip the bag back up and wait 48 hours. The magical blue and white moisture absorbing beads take care of the rest. For optimum results though, DRY-ALL recommends that you first dry off the cell phone with a towel and remove the battery.

Besides cell phones, the wet cell emergency kit can also be used for GPS units, iPods and any other type of electronic devices that will fit into the bag. According to Aime Gutierrez, sales and marketing at DRY-ALL, “The Wet Cellular Phone Emergency Kit has a great success rate. We have also saved iPods, Nintendo DSs, and PSPs.”

Gilbert, Arizona based HPL LLC originally developed its electronic drying products for military electronic devices but today it offers a wide range of dehumidifying products based on its desiccant beads for consumer electronic devices. The desiccant beads differentiate themselves from silica-gel desiccants by the simple fact that the beads change color. This feature allows you to visually determine when the beads have reached their maximum water holding capacity and need to be reactivated. A simple reactivation process, which requires you heat the beads, will quickly remove all the moisture the beads have absorbed. Once reactivated you can then use them again.

Besides its Wet Cellular Phone Emergency Kit, DRY-ALL also sells its desiccant beads packaged for just about any water-logged application you can dream up. You can purchase a six-ounce bottle of DRY-ALL desiccant beads, which can absorb the moisture in a twenty cubic foot area, or for even bigger drying problems, purchase a five-pound bag. For most applications all you will basically need is a seal-tight plastic container large enough to hold the item, and some of the colorful beads.

Currently, HPL, LLC is seeking distributors and retailers for its wet cellular phone emergency kit. In this regard, DRY-ALL president Sean Gutierrez stands behind the company’s product with his words, “We believe people deserve a professional product that actually does what it says it is going to do. Here at DRY-ALL we take pride in making a product that works.”
